摘要
当前我国公务员的整体素质,还远远不能满足发展电子政务的要求,加大对公务员的电子政务应用能力培训至关重要。加强公务员电子政务应用能力培训,应针对存在问题采取多项措施。
At present, our public officials cannot meet the needs of developing E-government affairs. It is very important to improve the ability of the government officials in E-government affairs. In training, there are some problems in ideas of training and education, organizations of training and teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to write and select good books, train at different levels according to different aims, widen the ways of training, introduce new ways and improve teachers' training and teaching reform, to improve the ability of the government officials in E-government affairs.
