摘要
本文通过测定ZL108合金的高温抗拉强度,建立了合金机械性能(?)、K、b与温度的数学关系。研究结果表明,当加热温度低于再结晶温度时,合金以滑移变形为主,不出现明显的蠕变过程;而在再结晶温度以上的范围里,高温短时拉伸过程伴随着过渡蠕变过程。
The high temperature tensile strength of ZL108 alloy has been examined, the relationship between mechanical properties and temperature has been found. When the heating temperature is lower than the recrystallization temperature, the ahoy produces mainly slip deformation, but when the temperature is higher than the recrystallization temperature, short—time tensile deformation of the alloy is accompanied by creep.
