摘要
本文分析了 HL7和 DICOM共同关心的四种数据信息。进而阐述了通过 HL7事务和消息在 HIS和 PACS之间进行这四种数据信息交换的机制。最后使用面向对象的方法建立了一个 HL7- DICOM网关 ,并且实现了其中两种数据信息的交换。说明了如何构造 HL7消息来实现 HIS和 PACS之间的数据交换。
This article firstly analyses four type of data information that HL7 and DICOM concerns together.And then discribes the mechanism of using HL7 transmission and messages to exchang these four type of data information between HIS and PACS.At last,it gives an factual example though the OOP method to explain how to construct HL7 messages to realize data exchanging between HIS and PACS.
