摘要
以改性的正电性土、聚合物和呈正电性的钻井液处理剂为主剂 ,研制开发了完全呈正电性的钻井液体系。即 :(0 .3%~ 0 .5 % )流型调节剂B +(1.5 %~ 2 .5 % )降滤失剂A +(3%~ 5 % )改性固相 +(1.5 %~ 3.0 % )正电性处理剂 +水。室内实验和现场应用表明 ,该体系具有良好的抗温、抗污染能力和优良的页岩抑制性 ,能有效地防止粘土的膨胀、分散、运移 ;在室温和高温下抗土污染能力好 ,粘度和切力保持基本不变 ,保护油气层效果明显 ,平均渗透率恢复值达到 90 .5 %。
Based on modified positive electrical clay, polymer and positive electrical drilling fluid additives,a complete positive electrical drilling fluid system was developed, and the composition consisted of (0.3%~0.5%) flow pattern modifying agent B, (1.5%~2.5%) filtrate reducer A, (3~5%) modified solids,(1.5%~2.5%) positive electrical additive and water. Lab tests and field using both revealed that the system has excellent properties such as good thermal stability, excellent clay inhibiting ability, better cuttings dispersing and transportation, perfect clay contamination resisting behavior both at normal and high temperature, stable viscosity and shear force value, evident formation protection effect and high average permeability recovery percentage up to 90.5 %.
