摘要
以大庆石化分公司1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置标定数据为基础,计算出各类较高温位管线的热损失,包括原料油,分馏塔各中段回流、主风、吸收稳定部分汽油、低压及中压蒸汽、采暖水、锅炉给水及部分油气管线等。管线总散热损失占装置能耗约为31.137-37.504 MJ/t。主要散热量集中在二中、油浆、主风及蒸汽管线上。管线散热总传热系数K主要受σi/λi控制,其次是h0-1,而hi-1,γi,σw/λw的影响可忽略不计。
The heat loss of high temperature pipelines have been calculated based on the evaluation data of the 28 000 b/d RFCC unit in Daqing Petrochemical Company, including the pipeline of feedstock, fractionation tower mid-pumparounds, main air, absorption and stabilization system gasoline, low pressure & middle pressure steam, hot water, boiler feed water and partial oil gas pipelines. The total pipeline heat loss is 31.137 to 37.504 MJ/t, and focusing on the second mid-pumparound, slurry, main air and steam pipeline. The total heat transfer coefficient K is controlled by δi/λI, and then by h0-1, while h-11i, γi, and δW/λW can be neglected.
