摘要
流化床旋风分离器系统的分离性能不仅与旋风分离器单体的分离性能有关,而且与系统操作条件,如入口速度和浓度、温度、压力等密切相关,也与系统配置情况如旋风分离器串联或并联之间的配合关系、料腿翼阀排料机构的设置等相关。在设计和应用过程中,从系统集成的角度充分考虑旋风分离器系统各部分的优化配置,可以更好地发挥旋风分离器的功能,提高旋风分离器的分离性能。
The separation performance of fluid bed cyclone system is affected not only by cyclone itself, but also by system operation conditions, such as inlet velocity and concentration, temperature and the pressure. In addition, it is related to the system disposition, such as the coordination relation of cyclone in series or parallel arrangement and the setting of wing valve discharge facilities of the dipleg. In the design and application process, optimal disposition should be considered in the light of system integration to enhance the separation performance of cyclone system.
