摘要
介绍德国既有线提速的目标值、原则 ,以及线路主要技术标准与参数 ,并结合我国路情与有关技术规范 ,对我国既有线提速提出建议。
An introduction was given to target value, guiding principle, main technical standard, and parameters of existing railway line spee d\|raising in Germany. Proposals were given on speed raising of China railway ba sed on current situation and technological specifications.
