摘要
本文试图从陶瓷企业整合重组现状分析入手,运用现代经济学和管理学对我国陶瓷进行实证分析,并在此基础上,根据 现代产权理论和企业流程再造理论提出重构的基本思路与对策。
This paper attempts to start with the analysis of the current situation of ceramic enterprises' reorganization & integration, uses modern economics and management to carry on the positive analysis to domestic ceramic enterprises, and on this basis, puts forward the basic thinking and countermeasure redesigned according to the modem property theory and BPR theory.
