摘要
本文从理论上分析了辊道窑的内高、内宽和窑长以及堆垛密度和辊子的层数对辊道窑的产量及能耗的影响,得出辊道窑 产量的提高应以稳定的热工性能为前提,以达到单位产品成本、能耗的最低值的结论。
This paper analyses the output and energy consumption from some factors of roller hearth kiln, including its high, width, length, density of production and roller layers. It is a final conclusion that the rise in the output of roller hearth kiln must be on the basis of steady kiln performance, which probably gives rise to the lowest cost and energy consumption of unit production.
