摘要
针对自行设计的薄膜蒸发器 ,以水为物料 ,采用大型CFD软件CFX4 .4 ,初步探讨了刮板转速、进料量、进料温度等参量对薄膜蒸发器蒸发段长度和加热段膜内传热系数的影响。研究结果表明 ,在刮板转速、进料量、进料温度 3个操作参数中 ,对蒸发段长度影响最大的是进料量 ,其次是进料温度 ,最后是转子转速 ;对加热段膜内传热系数影响因素重要度大小依次为转子转速、进料量和进料温度 ;
Based on the designed thin film evaporator, the influence of the rotor speed, feed rate and liquid inlet temperature on evaporation length and film heat transfer coefficient was primarily discussed using the software CFX 4.4 with water as feed liquid.The results showed that the feed rate was the most important influence factor to the evaporation length, the second and the smallest importance of influence factor was water inlet temperature and rotor speed respectively;But for film heat transfer coefficient the importance of influence factor order was rotor speed,feed rate and water inlet temperature.Interactions were existed between these kinds of parameters.
