Synthesis and Performance Properties Evaluation of Anticaving Agent FFR for Water Base Drilling Fluids

摘要 防塌剂FFR为由烯类单体合成、主要基团为羟基的共聚物,产品浓度15%~20%,已投入现场应用。本文报道FFR的室内性能评价结果。在2%和3%FFR水溶液中,某储层岩心的40目回收率高于而粘土膨胀率则低于10%KCl和3%某聚合醇溶液中的相应值,2%FFR可有效抑制粘土造浆。在4%膨润土浆中,FFR(2%~4%)使滤失量和极压润滑系数大幅下降;在一种密度1.38g/cm3的聚磺钾盐井浆中,FFR(2%,3%)使流变性和滤失性改善;在一种密度1.84g/cm3的饱和盐水井浆中,FFR(2%,3%)使初终切力明显降低,但120℃老化后HTHP滤失量升高。在按中原油田钻井液配方用淡水配制的聚合物泥浆和磺化泥浆中考察了FFR的配伍性,FFR使动切力升高,终切力升高(聚合物浆)或下降(磺化浆),120℃老化后HTHP滤失量升高,且表现出较强的抗劣质土污染能力,但在加入15%NaCl的磺化泥浆中FFR使老化后API滤失量大幅度升高。FFR在泥浆中的加量一般为1%~3%,在盐水泥浆中加量不大于2%。表8参3。 Anticaving agent FFR is a copolymer with hydroxyl as main functionality synthesized from monounsaturated monomer(s), is manufactured in 15—20% solution and has been put into field uses. The results of evaluating performance properties of FFR are presented in this paper. In 2% and 3% FFR aqueous solution, the recovery of a reservoir core sand through sieve of 40 mesh is higher and the swelling of betonite is lower than that in 10% KCl and 3% polyol solutions; 2% FFR inhibits yeilding of bentonite effectively. Adding FFR (2—4%) significantly reduces filtrate losses and extreme pressure lubrication coefficient of 4% bentonite mud; adding FFR (2%,3%) improves rheologic and filtrate loss behavior of a polymer/sulfonate/potassium salt mud with ρ=1.38 g/cm^3 from the drilling site and notably lowers static shearing G10″/10′ but raises HTHP filtrate loss after rolling at 120℃ for a saturated salt water mud with ρ=1.84 g/cm^3 being used in drilling. As a result of investigating the compatibility of FFR with orther additives in a polymer and a sulfonate muds prepared in fresh water according to recipes of practical drilling fluids in Zhongyuan oil fields, it is shown that FFR raises yield point of the two muds, raises G10′ of the polymer mud, lowers G10′ of the sulfonate mud and raises HTHP filtrate loss of the sulfonate mud after rolling at 120℃; FFR demostrates fairly good tolerance to contamination of the two muds by unqualified clays however arouses significant increase in API filbrate lose after thermal rolling of the sulfonate mud with 15% NaCl added. Commonly the dosage of FFR in muds is 1%—3% but in salt water muds—<2%.
