摘要
核子水分 -密度仪作为一种快速无损检测新设备 ,应用日渐广泛。当前仪器误差校正方法的偏差有时非常大 ,影响仪器的正常使用。本文针对误差校正中存在的问题 ,根据现场标定试验成果 ,利用径向基函数映射能力强的特点 ,建立了核子水分 -密度仪误差校正的径向基函数模型 ;同时用二次曲线法、二次曲面法、线性校正法等校正方法作对比研究。实例分析表明 ,基于径向基函数的误差校正方法精度高 ,适应性强 ,效果好 ,可供现场标定参考。
As a new means of quick and non-damaging checking,the nuclear density-moisture gauge is being widely used.The field-calibration method of error-revising sometimes involve extremely large deviations,thus affecting its normal useage.Based on existing issues and experimental results,this paper adopts a radial basis function(RBF),in revising the measurement errors.Several methods of error-revising,such as linear,conic and conicoid error-revising methods are comparatively studied.The results indicate that the RBF is precise,adaptive and effective,and thus applicable as a reference in field calibrations.
