摘要
"剩余出路"论认为,通过对外贸易刺激总需求,可以产生促进本国经济增长的动力。中国目前的现实是符合这一理论的前提的。从"剩余出路"论不难看出,加大沿边开放力度,其意义是十分明显的——有利于矫正对外开放过分东倾的局面;可以极大地增加中国经济的总需求;有利于在国际合作中提高中国的国际地位,维护国家安全;有利于促进对内开放,最终全面提升中国的对外开放水平。
Vent-for-surplus theory holds that stimulating the general demand by foreign trade enables the national economy to gain momentum. The actual situation in China at the present time coincides with the precondition of the theory. From the perspective of Vent-for-surplus theory, the significance of extending border-shore opening-up is obvious: it is beneficial to readjust the unbalanced situation when the east part of the country is overemphasized in opening-up; to increase dramatically the general demand of China's economy; to enhance China's position in the international community and safeguard national security; to promote opening-up within the country so as to uphold China's opening-up on all levels.
