黄芩苷与环糊精非共价复合物的电喷雾串联质谱研究

摘要 Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS^n) was used to char-acterize the non-covalent complexes between baicalin and α-, β-, γ-cyclodextrins (CDs).α-,β-, γ-CDs and baicalin form the 1 : 1 and 2 : 1 complexes. The relative stability of complexes was studied using ESI-MS^n.
