摘要
中小学音乐教学存在许多不适应时代发展的因素。在农村,小学音乐教学80%以上无专职音乐教师,教学方法陈旧、单调,教学设施、器材奇缺,"唱歌"是音乐的全部;城市小学以"识谱"为主要教学内容;中学音乐欣赏教学不注重学生求异思维的训练和创造力的培养等。尽快严格地实施中小学音乐课程标准,加强职后教育,建立一支具有改革意识的高素质的音乐教师队伍,改革高师音乐学专业现有课程体系是改变中小学音乐教学现状的途径。
In the music teaching in primary and middle schools,there are variety of factors which don't fit in with the develoment of the times.In the rural areas,80% of the music teachers are amateures in the primary schools.In those schools,the teaching method is out-of-date and monotonous, and the educational institution is also short.'Singing'contains all the music;in the primary schools in the cities,'learning music score'is the main teaching content.And in the teaching of music appreciation in the middle schools,the teachers do not pay attention to train the thought of the students and develop their creative ability.We must carry out the standard of the music course of the primary and middle schools as soon as possible, and as rigorous as possible.And we must deepen the teachers' knowledge,so we can develop a group of music teachers with high performance and with the conscionnsness of reform.Reforming the available course system of the department of music in the academies is the only way to develop the music teaching in primary and middle schools.
