摘要
介绍了离心泵吸入管流动特性实验研究结果,表明渐缩吸入管优于平直吸入管;在渐缩吸入管内,轴向速度分布均匀,周向速度相对较小。用理论方法预估的流动特性与实验数据相一致。
The characteristics of the inlet flow of a centrefugal pump are investiga ted experimentally in this paper, the data showed that the contraction inlet pipe is better than the straight inlet pipe for the performance of the centrifugal pump. In the flow of the contraction inlet pipe, the dis tribution of axial velocities is uniform, and the tengential velocities are relatively small. the prediction of the flow characteristics by theoretical method is consistent with the experimental data basically.
