摘要
文中采用正交实验,通过实验结果的变异性分析,确定了影响沉金厚度的显著因数。通过回归分析,分析自变量(浸金时间、温度、浓度和pH值)和因变量(沉金厚度)之间的关系,建立反映沉金变量之间因果关系的回归模型,并对之进行检验,检验后的优化模型用于实际生产中沉金厚度范围预测。
This article discussed about the factors affecting the thickness of immersion gold and analyzed therelationship betweenvariables (time, temperature, concentration,pH etc.) andthe thickness on immersiongold. Also,this article establisheda regression model, which couldbe used to predict the thickness of immersion gold inpracticalproduction.
