摘要
本文就厚度在2.0mm^3.0mm的高层PCB在去钻污时的特殊性,提出了增加预去钻污工序的理论,并对预去钻污的工艺参数进行了详细的讨论。
This article introduces pre-desmear theory in process of hole treatment that the thickness is between2.0mm to 3.0mm high-multilayer PCB, also detailed discuss the technical parameter.
