探讨了硫铁矿沸腾焙烧工序的干法排渣工艺和设备选择,其中推荐了冷却滚筒—埋刮板输送机—增湿器—胶带输送机—渣仓的排渣工艺流程。还介绍了有关设备的计算公式。
The process and equipment selection for dry-type cinder discharging system are discussed. The proposed system consists in series of cooling rolling cylinder, burried scraper conveyers, hu-midifier, band conveyer and cinder storage. The formulas for relevant equipment calculation are given.
