摘要
针对空调用变频制冷压缩机的变转速运行条件,提高变频制冷压缩机在空调工况下工作的热效率。文中分析了变频制冷压缩机的实际运行特性,提出了一种优化匹配方法。利用Matlab的优化工具箱对某一房间空调器用滚动转子式制冷压缩机进行了优化匹配计算,总结出可以在一定范围内使用的经验算法。
In this paper, to the question of variable rev circumstance and excessive affecting factors when refrigerating positive-displacement compressor with inverter specially used by air-conditioner is working, the running speciality of the refrigerating compressor with inverter has been analyzed. In order to increase the thermal efficiency of the refrigerating compressor with inverter specially used by air-conditioner, a method of optimal matching is proposed. And on this, utilizing optimization toolbox in Matlab carry out the optimal matching computation for a sliding-vane compressor specially used by air-conditioner and sum up experimental arithmetic.
