知识型企业是知识经济发展的产物,作为一种新型的企业组织形式,其在主要资源、组织结构、员工主体、产品特点、权力控制等方面都与传统企业有较大差别。知识型企业的特殊属性对传统企业管理模式提出了挑战,相应要求企业在管理理念、组织结构、运作模式、人力资源管理等方面进行持续创新。
Knowledge enterprises are the outcome of the development of knowledge-based economy.As a new organizational style,they have great difference with traditional enterprises in main resource,organization structure,core employee,product trait,power control,and which challenge traditional management mode.So knowledge enterprises should continually innovate on ideology,structure,and operational pattern,human resource management to adapt self-development.
