摘要
现代信息技术 ,特别是网络互联技术在商务领域的广泛运用 ,使电子商务成为全球经济的热点 ,引发了全球企业和个人对信息技术产品的大规模投资和传统产业结构、产业组织形式的彻底变革 ,使以信息技术为中心的高新技术获得了创新的动力和产业化、规模化发展的巨大潜力。因此 ,实施电子商务是高新技术产业化、规模化的强大动力 ,是实现经济结构高级化的重要战略选择。
E-commerce has become an economic focus with the information technology, especially the internet technology being used widely in the field of commerce It also leads a large scale investment in IT products and the fundamental change in the traditional industrial structure and industrial organization form all over the world. The IT centred high-tech industry gets the innovative power and the huge potential for industrialization and mass-production. Therefore the E-commerce is the powerful force for high-tech industrialization and mass-production and the important strategic choice to realize the economic structure optimization.
