摘要
作者对传统的 Heaney's 无血切肝术作了技术上的改进,即在全肝血流阻断的同时不阻断腹主动脉。采用这种改良的常温下无血切肝技术,作者成功地为3例生长在第二肝门区域的肝癌患者施行了肝切除手术。也观察了术中血液动力学变化和手术前后血生化改变。改良式无血切肝术简单、安全,具有临床应用意义。
We had modified the conventional technique of Heaney's
bloodless hepatectomy,i.e.,cancelling synchronous blockade of
abdominal aorta during total bepatic blood flow blockade.This
technique had successfully proceeded in 3 patients with liver car-
cinoma at 2nd bepato-hllar ares.Hemodynamic changes during
operation,as well as pre-and post-operstive bilchemical changes
of blood were observed.This modified form of Heaney's tech-
nique may be believed to be simple,safe and valuable in clinical
use.
