摘要
应用Wolf 2135型碎石装置在窥视下经尿道行液电冲击波治疗膀胱结石154例,成功率达99.4%,其中68例在门诊施行。本文着重介绍了操作经验,认为此法具有适应证广、安全、碎石效果可靠、损伤小、痛苦少、可在门诊施行等优点。
154 cases of bladder stone were subjected to transurethral lithotripsy with electrohydraulic lithotriptor. Of these, 147 were men and 7 women, aged 24 to 84 years. 68 cases were treated on an outpatient basis. The number of stones to be fragmented were 1 to 13. Stones were 5 to 123g weight and 1 to 4.8cm in diameter. The results showed a success rate of 99.4%. We consider this procedure has broad applicability, with minimal patient discomfort and morbidity.
