摘要
本文对52例经手术病理证实的脊柱转移瘤的转移部位、原发肿瘤、MRI 信号特点、多发转移瘤的跳跃征象、椎间盘嵌入征或椎间隙扩大征、MRI 敏感性进行了分析,对脊柱转移瘤的MRI 诊断和鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
MRI findings in 52 cases of metastatic tumors of the vertebral column,surgico-pathologically proved were evaluated in this article.The metastatic sites,primary tumors,MRIsignal characteristics,non-continuous signs of multiple metastatic tumors,signs of impactedintervertebral disc or signs of expanded intervertebral interspace,and the sensitivity of MRI wereanalysed.The MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of metastatic tumors of the vertebralcolumn were discussed.
