摘要
观测了36例13~96%TBSA/Ⅲ度0~91%烧伤病人红细胞膜的变化。发现其Ca^(++)-ATP酶和mg^(++)-ATP酶活性降低;Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活性在伤后立即降低,以后逐渐回升;这些酶活性的变化程发与烧伤面移积大小有关。还发现膜蛋白组成的百分浓度有改变和红细胞抗氧化力被削弱。这些结果说明烧伤、尤其合并侵袭性感染损害红细胞膜的主动运输功能和膜结构。
ATPase activities, proteins and antioxidation ability of erythrocyte membrane, and the Na^+contents of erythrocyte and serum were determined in 36 patients with 13-96% TBSA/300-91% burn. Twelve of them developed burn wound sepsis after the injury and died.
The Na^+, K^(+-)ATPase activity was lowered immediately after burn, and then augmented gradually to reach the normal or above normal rang; the Ca^(++-)ATPase and Mg^(++-)ATPase activities were essentially lowered; the degree of the changes in the activity of all the three enzymes correlated well with the burn size. The Na^+content of erythrocyte was lowered on the first postburn day in most patients observed, and then returned to or above normal range. The serum Na^+content was lowered after burn in all patients observed except those who died in the first few postburn days or suffered from burn wound sepsis. The antioxidation ability of erythrocyte membrane was impaired after burn injury.
These results seem to show that burn injury, especially when associated with sepsis, may affect both the structure and function of biological membrane.
