摘要
研究比较了四株乳酸菌对致病性肠炎沙门氏菌、伤寒沙门氏菌“0”、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及鸡沙门氏菌生长作用的影响,结果表明:乳酸菌对上述诸致病菌的生长具明显的抑制作用。
The effect of four lactobacilli on the growing of pathogenic cnteriti bacteria, e. g. Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhi '0', Escherichia coli, Staphyl coccus aureus and Samonella pullorum were studie with contrast. The result show that lactobacilli have an obvious inhibition on the growing of the above—mentioned pathogenic bacteria.
