摘要
当今的网络伦理问题已日益突出,网络伦理的建构对社会进步和人的发展具有重要的意义。本文探讨了网络伦理问题的社会背景、理论渊源与现实基础,梳理了其对道德观念、道德行为的影响,并从技术、社会和心理三个角度加以分析,提出加强网络伦理道德建设的对策,以期促进网络的健康发展和人的全面发展。
Nowadays, network ethics has become a hot issue. Construction of network ethics, therefore, is of important significance in social progress and human development. This article intends to discuss the social background of network ethics, source of the theory, and its present basis, interpreting its impact on ethical beliefs and behaviors from the perspectives of technology, society and psychology.
