一种新型超支化聚芳亚胺高分子的合成及表征

摘要 通过苯酚,甲醛,苯胺的曼尼希反应及产物的环氧化反应,得到了含一个环氧基团和二至三个亚氨基团的新型超支化单体。通过超支化单体中亚氨基和环氧基团之间的开环反应,得到了重均分子量为13900的超支化高分子。通过IR,1H-NMR和GPC等方法对产物进行了表征。并采用DSC对合成的超支化高分子固化环氧树脂的行为进行了初步探索。 A novel aromatic hyperbranched polyimine was synthesized by the Mannich reaction of phenol, formaldehyde and aniline, the epoxidation of the Mannich reaction products and the ring-opening reaction between epoxy group and imino group in the synthesized monomer. The chemical structures of the Mannich reaction product, epoxidized monomer were characterized by IR, ()~1H-NMR. The molecule weight of the hyperbranched polymer was determined by GPC. The synthesized hyperbranched polymer can be used as a curing agent of AG80 epoxy resin. The cure behavior was studied by DSC. The DSC curves show that comparing with DDS, the synthesized hyperbranched polymer has lower initial exothermal temperature.
