摘要
采用电弧熔炼母合金、感应加热熔化、铜模吸铸工艺,制备出厚度为1mm的板状Fe-Co-Zr-Mo-W-B系Fe-基大块非晶合金。试样表面具有典型的金属光泽,断口光亮并具有典型的玻璃断口。经DTA检测,所研究的Fe-基非晶合金具有明显的玻璃转变温度和较宽的过冷液相区(Tg=884K,△Tx>60K),表明该合金具有较大的非晶形成能力。
With processes of arc melting alloy ingots,induction melting and conventional copper mold casting,a plate Fe-based bulk amorphous alloy in Fe-Co-Zr-Mo-W-B system of the thickness of 1mm was prepared.The surfaces of the samples have the typical metallic luster,and the fractures of the samples are agleam and have the typical glassy fracture.Tested with differential thermal analysis (DTA),the Fe-based amorphous alloy in study shows distinct glass transition temperature and large supercooled liquid region(T_g=884K,△T_x>60K),which means the alloy has high Glass-Forming ability.
