摘要
以一种并联机床为研究对象 ,分别建立了在不同误差影响因素作用下并联机床的几何误差模型 ,并采用叠加法获得在这些因素作用下并联机床的误差解析式。为了表征这些因素的误差影响程度 ,提出一类基于绝对误差敏感度的误差性能指标。通过计算分析 ,获得了在工作空间中这些因素对并联机床误差的影响力以及影响方向 ,这些结论反映出并联机床的一些结构特性 ,并为并联机床精度设计、标定和误差补偿提供了方向性的指导。
Geometrical error models of a parallel machine tool (PMT) were built with different errors, and an expression of the total errors of the PMT was obtained with superposition method. The influences of these errors were analyzed and some performance criteria based on the absolute error sensitive degree were proposed to describe the influence degrees. The influence degrees in the workspace are obtained with different errors, and they show the characteristics of the PKM, and can give guidance to the PKM's error design, calibration and error compensation.
