摘要
本文阐述了碾米厂工艺设计和车间设计的原则和内容;对碾米厂工序的设置以及清理、砻谷、碾米等主机设备,输送、除尘等辅助设备的选择进行了详细的分析;对如何合理地组合清理、砻谷、碾米三个工段的工艺流程进行了介绍。
This paper elaborates on the designing principle and contents of the technological process and the workshop of a rice mill; analyses in details the arrangement of rice milling flow, and the selection of the main machines for cleaning, husking, whitening, etc. and the auxiliary equipment for conveying, dust control and so on; and presents how to reasonably integrate the three steps of cleaning, husking and whitening.
