摘要
使用电子变频调节器组成的工艺控制系统，能直接调节泵的工艺特性曲线，从而解决了用鼠笼式感应电动机驱动泵时，低负荷运行效率不高浪费电能的问题。并介绍变频调速技术在炼油厂生产装置的应用情况及效果。
The process control system consisting of electronic variable-frequency speed controller could directly adjust the process performance curve of the pump,thereby the electric power wasting problems arising from low efficiency because of low load running of the pumps driven by squirrel-cage induction motors were solved.The application of variable-frequency speed control technology in the process units of the re- finery and results were introduced.
