摘要
对提取的黄芪皂甙进行了红外光谱定性分析,探讨了用分光光度法测定黄芪皂甙含量的方法。即:以黄芪甲甙作为标准品,检测波长为544mm,标准曲线相关系数0.9993,加标回收率94.11%-108.73%,精密度RSD <8%。结果表明,用该方法提取可使黄芪皂甙得到较好的分离,测定方法准确度较高,为黄芪生药及成药中黄芪皂甙含量测定提供了一种切实可行的方法。
The quality analysis with infra-red and quantity analysis with spectrum had been researched in this paper, the detective wavelenth was 544nm, and astragaloside IV as standard. The results were; relative coefficient of standard curve: 0. 993, the recoveries: 94. 11%-108. 73%, RSD<8%.This result showed that the veracity of this method was high and could provide a feasible method to determinate astragalus saponin in astragalus herb.
