磁场力对磁性杂质颗粒的作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 磁场对处于其中的磁性颗粒有力的作用,通过对交流磁场和稳恒磁场的磁场力的比较分析,证明这2种磁场力可以统一,与磁性颗粒的作用规律相似。采用磁平衡法测量了MnFeAl_6和MnFeSiAl_42种金属间化合物的磁化率,证明它们是顺磁性的物质,利用磁场力可以将其分离。利用自制的交变磁场和稳恒磁场装置对铝熔体进行分离试验,结果表明磁场力可以将铝熔体中的磁性杂质颗粒分离出来。 The magnetic force was imposed on magnetism particles in magnetic field. magnetic force of altering magnetic field and steady magnetic field was analyzed by comparing in this article, it was shown that the two kinds of magnetic force could be united and the similitude moving rules of magnetism particles. The magnetic suscepbility of MnFe Al_6 and MnFeSiAl_4 were measured by magnetic balance, it was proved that they were paramagnetic and could be separated by magnetic force. Experiments had been done using the self-designed equipments of altering magnetic field and steady magnetic field, the results showed that magnetism impurity particles in aluminum melt could be separated by magnetic force.
