摘要
ABT生根粉浸种可明显促进花生幼苗根系生长,并提高其生长的整齐度;提高幼根中IAA、Z+ZR的含量,DHZ和IPA的含量同时受到调节;幼根中蛋白质、游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量降低,下胚轴中3类物质的含量也发生了变化。认为这都有利于花生苗壮,导致增产。
The responese and mechanism of root growth of peanut seedlings effected by ABT-root-inducing powder were studied. The results indicated that soaking peanut seeds in 10, 20 or 40ppm, ABT, 4hrs could advance the root growth of peanut seedlings and increase the degree of uniformity of root extansion, ABT could increase IAA and Z+ZR content and regulate DHZ and IPA content, but protein, dissociable amino acid and dissolvable sugar content decreased. The protein, dissociable amino acid and dissolvable sugar content also changed in the hypocotyl.
