摘要
比较了几种有效磷测定方法浸出磷的形态及其对植物的有效性,结果表明,不同浓度的NaHCO_3溶液浸出的磷主要是Ca_2-P,与植物的吸磷量相关性高。当有效氮、磷联合浸提测定时,推荐采用0.05mol.L NaHCO_3溶液为浸提剂。
The form of phosphorus and their effectiveness to plant soaked out by different methods of defermining effective phosphorus were also comparecl.The phosphorus soaked out by different contents of NaHCO_3 was mainly Ca_2-P. Which had higher correlation with phosphorus absorbed by plant. 0.05mol·L^(-1)NaHCO_3 was recommended when the effective N and P was determined combiningly.
