摘要
测定了中早熟、中熟、中晚熟3组不同熟期39个夏谷品种的单叶光合速率,结果表明,孕穗期所有品种上部两片展开叶光合速率的高值相近。不同成熟期组间均值无差异,灌浆期旗叶光合速率显著低于孕穗期,但育成品种维持与孕穗期相近的高值。孕穗期、灌浆期品种间的单叶光合速率皆存在显著差异。光合速率与气孔导度间呈极显著正相关(r=0.8339),而与单叶面积、比叶重和叶片含氮量未发现有明显的规律性联系。
The single leaf photosynthesis of 39 summer-sowing foxtail millet varieties in mid-early, middle, mid-late maturing groups were tested. The results showed that the photosynthetic rates of the two upper extapded leaves in all varieties tested had the similar high values at booting stage, of which there were no significant difference among the mean values in different groups. The photosynthetic rates of flag leaves at seed-filling stage were significantly lower than at booting stage in all 3 groups. The highest values of P. Rates were similar at both stages for newly developed varieties. The photosynthetic rates among varieties differed significantly both at booting stage and at seed-filling stage. The photosynthetic rates Posivively coorelated with stomatal conductances(r=0.8339), but no regular relationships were found bewteen photosynthetic rate and single leaf area, leaf weight per unit leaf area, leaf nitrogen content of flag leaves, respectively.
