摘要
本文对小麦不同熟相类型花后物质运转与灌浆特性进行了研究。结果表明:从籽粒灌浆开始直至成熟,绿熟型和黄熟型叶片中的光合物质向籽粒中的输入率高,而灰白熟型和早衰型不但后期光合源不足,而且存在光合产物向籽粒输入不畅的现象;绿熟型灌浆持续期最长,黄熟型次之。灰白熟型和早衰型则最短;早衰型和灰白熟型在籽粒灌浆中、前期对粒重贡献比例较大,灌浆源后期匮乏,抗早衰能力差;绿熟型库容的充实程度最高,灰白熟型和早衰型源库平衡程度明显低于其它两种类型,表现花后灌浆源供应不足,籽粒较皱瘪,饱满度较差。
The matter transference and milking characters after flowering in different maturing phases of wheat were studied in this paper. The results showed that from grain filling to maturity, transfering rates of photosynthetic matter from leaf to grain in green maturing type and yellow maturing type are high. However, grey maturing type and early senescent type not only lack photosynthetic source in late period of milking but also present difficulties in transference of photosynthetic products from leaf to grain. Milking duration is longest in green maturing type, second in yellow maturing type, but shortest in grey maturing type and early senescent type; The milking sources of last two types are enougher in mid and early period and insufficient in late period and their degrees of equilibrum between sink and source are significantly lower than other two types so that the plants senesced early and produced wrinkled grains with lower plumpness; Green maturing type is of the highest sinkfilling degree.
