摘要
采用三因素二次回归通用旋转组合设计研究了长期冷藏过程中CO_2浓度,温度和处理时间对抑制板栗萌芽的影响。结果表明,板栗萌动前的CO_2处理有较好的抑芽效果。板栗在冷藏过程中,萌动前在37%的CO_2-2℃条件下处理10天或在3%的CO_20℃条件下处理37天都可有效的控制板栗长期冷藏过程中的大量萌芽。其湿培发芽率可控制在3%以下,在抑制萌芽的三因素中,处理时间的长短是影响萌芽的首要因素。
The sprouting of chestnuts during long-term refrigerated storage was effectively in hibited by CO_2-treatment. It was noted that CO_2treatment performed before the dormancy of chestnut was broken, the treatment could be in a better effect to inhibit sprouting. The best scheme obtained through the orsthogonal combination desigh of quadratic regression with'three factors' and'five levels'for deciding on the suitable treatment consistency of CO_2 the temperature of refrigeration and treatment terms. The treatment ranges of the experiment element were: CO_2 3%-37%; temp: -3.4℃~+3.℃; terms 3~37days.The sprouting was effectively inhibited under the treatment of -2℃ and 37% CO_2 for 10 days or 0℃ and 37% CO_2 for 37 days. The sprouting rate with wet sond was less than 3.87%.Among three sprouting inhibitors the treatment-term is the most important element.
