摘要
对莱阳茌梨不同采收期的产量和品质的研究结果表明,莱阳茌梨进入9月份成熟度提高很快,9月20日采收比9月10日、9月15日采收茌梨产量分别提高33.3%、16.4%;总糖含量提高、酸度降低,品质提高。9月25日、9月30日、10月5日3期采收的茌梨产量比9月20日采收的茌梨产量分别提高9.34%,16.4%和20.9%。总糖含量提高8.0%以上,但9月25日、9月30日和10月5日3期采收的茌梨产量差异不显著。而与9月20日和9月10日采收的茌梨产量差异显著.要实现茌梨优质高产,9月20日~9月25日为茌梨的最适采收期,若提高莱阳茌梨耐贮性与远外销能力可提早到9月15日~9月20日采收。
The experiment was conducted from 1991—1992. The results are as follows:Maturity of Laiyang Chili increased very fast when entering September. Yield. of Laiyang Chili picked on September 20 was 33.3% and 16.4% higher than that picked on September 10 and 15 respectively. Total sugar content and quality improved and acidity decreased in the same time. Yield of Laiyang Chili for September 25,30 and October 5 were 9.34 %, 16.4% and 0.9%. higher than that for September 20 respectively. Total sugar content increased over 8.0%. There was no significant difference of yield of Laiyang Chili pickked on September 25,30 and October 5. For highyield and best quality,September 20 to 25 was the proper picking time. Considering storage property and sale in other areas, September 115 to 20 is the suitable picking time.
