摘要
本文探讨了分级过程的分级机理,指也混杂作用是影响分级性能的主要因素。在此基础上,提出了混杂模型的结构,引出了“混杂指数”和“极限混杂数”的基本概念。通过分级条件试验,对模型参数进行了优化估计。利用逐步回归分析的方法建立了摸型参敏的回归方程。从而揭示出不同分级条件对分级特性的影响规律,为指导工业生产实践提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the mechanism of classification process is discusscd. The authors point out that entrainment action is the key factor affecting the behaviours of classification. Based on this. they introduce the concepts of 'entrainment index' and 'limit entrainment' and give the general formula of a entrainment model. The parameters of the classification model arc optimized through condition tests of classification and the regression equations of the parameters are estabilished by stepwise regression analysis, revealing the law describing the influence of different conditions on the behaviours of classification.
