摘要
运用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计、比较分析等方法，对中外女子７项全能运动成绩差距的主要原因进行了比较研究。结果表明：中国女子７项全能各单项成绩、技术等级发展不均衡，各单项咸绩及整体水平方面均明显低于世界选手，投掷类项目是影响中国女子７项全能发展的主要因素，中国女子７项全能要突破７０００分，必须把投掷类项目的训练作为攻关项目，运动员在发展速度、跳跃项目的同时，要把投掷类项目成绩的提高作为重点来抓，使中国女子７项全能运动员在跑、跳、投３方面全面发展，真正成为“全能能手”型的运动员。
In this article, the main causes for the different performances of Chinese and world female heptatletes are analysed. The results show there is an unbalanced development in single events and technical grades of Chinese female heptathlon, and Chinese female heptathletes' perfonnances are no- ticeably worse than thcae of their world opponents. Throwing events are main factors influencing the progress of Chinese female heptathlon. To make breakthrough in scoring over 7000, Chinese athletes should focus on throwing events in order to make an overall development.
