摘要
本文主要报道了河南小秦岭金矿区的不同矿体位置的黄铁矿(FeS_2)的红外反射光谱,讨论了其声子结构及低频端Plasmon反射边的物理起源,并且用低温实验和有关光谱计算证明了有关结论,还根据所确定的Plasmon效应系数X值,发现与相应的样品中的杂质Pb,Cu,Au等元素在量值上存在一定的正相关性。
The far-infrared reflectance spectra of FeS_2(pyrite) samples collected from different positions of a gold deposit in Xiao Qinling district of Henan province of China are reported in this paper. The physical origins of phonon spectra structures and the sample of FeS_2 plasmon reflectance edge are discussed. Some conclusions are proved by the low-temperature experiments and theoritical calculations. In addition, the different X values of different samples of FeS_2 are determined by the plasmon effects that are caused by assembled oscillations of free carriers of intreband,and we found that the X values have positive correlations with the natural impurities: Au, Pb, Cu. Perhaps this positive correlations are of some ignificance in applications.
