摘要
目的 应用高效液相色谱法测定己烯雌酚软膏中己烯雌酚的含量。方法 本品以乙醇超声提取,提取液进行高效液相色谱分析,色谱柱为ShimpackVP -ODS(15 0mm× 4 6mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇 -水(75∶2 5),流速为 1 0ml·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长 2 4 1nm。结果 平均加样回收率为 98 4 %,RSD为 0 86 %(n =5)。结论 该法简便、易行,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective An assay method was developed for the determination of Dieth ylstilbestrol in Diethylstilbestrol Cream by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column was Shimpack VP-ODS(150m m×4.6mm,5μm), the mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water(75∶25) and detecti ng at 241nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1, column temperature was at 35℃.Results The average recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 0.86%(n=5).Conlusion The method is simple and accurate,with high sensitivity and good repeatability in the control of Diethylstilbestrol Cream.
