摘要
目的探讨骨髓活检组织印片在血液病诊断中的价值。方法对326例血液病患者同时进行骨髓活检组织印片、骨髓活检切片及骨髓穿刺涂片检查。结果骨髓活检组织印片与骨髓活检切片在骨髓增生程度及诊断符合率均高于骨髓穿刺涂片,特别是在白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、再生障碍性贫血、骨髓纤维化、多发性骨髓瘤诊断中具有重要意义。结论骨髓活检组织印片操作简单,确诊及时,可作为血液病的重要检查方法。
Objective To explore the application of bone marrow biopsy imprint in diagnosis of hematological disease.Methods Bone marrow biopsy imprint,bone marrow biopsy slice and bone marrow biopsy smear were examined in 326 patients with hematological disease.Results The degrees of bone marrow growth and the accordance rates of diagnoses in bone marrow biopsy imprint and bone marrow biopsy slice were higher than that in bone marrow smear,especially had an important implications in the diagnoses of leukemia,malignant lymphoma,aplastic anemia,myelofibrosis and multiple myeloma.Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy imprint is a simple and rapid method and may be an important access in the diagnosis of hematological disease.
