摘要
采用MINQUE[1] 统计方法 ,利用AD模型对 9个海岛棉品种 (系 )及其 2 0个F1组合 2个熟期性状的两年资料进行遗传和杂种优势分析。结果表明 :海岛棉零式果枝与长果枝品种杂交F1的 2个熟期性状均存在极显著的加性效应 ,花期的狭义遗传率比较高。花期的显性效应为极显著 ,铃期的显性效应和加性效应同等重要。花期的加性×环境互作效应和显性×环境的互作均存在。海岛棉零式果枝品种比长果枝品种熟期性状的加性效应都小。用AD模型对F1和F2 熟期性状的杂种优势分析表明 ,海岛棉零式果枝与长果枝品种 (系 )间杂交 ,基因型与环境的互作均存在 ;F1和F2 群体平均优势一般表现为花期提前 ,铃期推迟 ,但也存在着F1和F2 熟期性状均具有较强负向优势的组合。
Two maturity traits of 9 parents and their 20 F 1 a nd F 2 crosses between “nullplex branch' and “long-fruit-branch' plant type o f Seai sland Cotton were analyzed for their additive and dominance effects by MI NQUE [1] approaches. The results indicated that 2 maturity traits showed highly significant additive effects and high narrow sense heritability for flower period between Long-Fruit-Branch and “Nullplex-Branch' type in Island Cotton; Blooming time and bolling period showed highly significant dominant effects; The dominant effects of bolling period is as important as additive effects. The interactions between additive effects and dominant effects and environment effects both exist. The heterosis of 2 maturity traits were analyzed by the genetic model of additive dominance by MINQUE [1] approaches for predicting the genotypic value and heterosis for the 2 maturity traits of F 1 and F 2.General speaking, the interaction between genotypes of 2 maturity traits and environment is generally showed in F 1 and F 2 between Long-Fruit-Branch and “Nullplex-Branch' type in Island Cotton. The general showing that the Blooming time of F 1 and F 2 is generally ahead of time, The bolling period is delayed in F 1 and F 2, but the crosses that have negative mean heterosis of F 1 and F 2 on maturity traits.
