摘要
民办高校(国外叫私立大学)自从诞生之日起,就在高等教育的发展进程中扮演着重要角色。无论发达国家还是发展中国家都十分重视发展民办(私立)高等教育。国外私立高等教育的许多措施都为我国民办高等教育的发展提供了可以借鉴的经验。
From its birthday, civilian-run colleges and universities have played important role in the course of higher education development. Both the developed countries and the developing countries all pay much attention to civilian-run higher education. Many measures of foreign private colleges and universities have provided the development of our country's civilian-run colleges and universities with rich experience lessons.
