摘要
目的探讨在高海拔低氧环境时人心肌变化。方法采用固相酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),测定海拔4700米地区100名健康男性的心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量。结果100名健康男性血清cTnI测定值均>1ng/ml,为(1.37±0.18)ng/ml,与该方法正常人参考值比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论提示在高海拔低氧环境时,人的心肌存在一定程度的损伤。
Objective To investigate the serum troponin I(cTnI)level of the normal person in high altitude.Methods Serum cTnI of 100 health men at 4700 m were determinated by ELISA.Results cTnI values were higher than 1 ng/ml.Average was(1.37±0.18)ng/ml.There was significant difference between the test group and reference value(P<0.01).Conclusions cTnI is a sensitive and specific index of the demage of myocardial cells increasing of the serum cTnI of the people in high altitude could be due to severe hypoxia of the cardioe muscle.
