摘要 将虚拟仪器技术与发动机的示功图采集和分析联系起来 ,由硬件和图形编程语言—— L ab VIEW编程 ,采集和分析发动机缸内压力。该仪器能够采集多循环的缸内压力 ,存储压力值或对应的电压值 ,进行平均化、光顺处理 ,计算与发动机有关的指示性能和有效性能指标 ,计算压力升高比 ,计算放热率和累积放热率等技术指标。 The technology of virtual instrument was combined with the acquisition and analysis of indicator diagram to collect and analyze cylinder pressures by the hardware and the graphical programming language - Lab VIEW. The data for pressure circles, or the relative voltages, were acquired and saved by the system and its indicator diagram could be printed. Besides, the indicator diagrams were averaged and smoothed. Some indicators and effective indexes could be calculated according to the indicator diagrams and the ratio of pressure rise, the heat release rate and the cumulative heat release rate could also be obtained.
